The Retail Confectioners Association of Philadelphia will be holding our next General Meeting on Monday June 10th and Tuesday June 11th. The cost to attend will be $40 for members or $100 for non-members. We will be electing new board members and discussing any new ideas or changes we hope to make in the upcoming year. We are excited to see you all in June. Below you will find more details on the scheduled activities.
The RCAP General Meeting is a great way to participate in the future of our association and a great networking opportunity. Up to date members are eligible to vote on Bylaw changes and the election of new board members. If you/your company exhibited at our September or January show you are up to date on your dues and you/your company is eligible for one vote. If you are a Retail Member, I will be sending out invoices in May. You will need to be paid up to date to be eligible for one vote. Cash, Check, or Credit Card payments can be made the day of the meeting; or you can call Kandy @ 610-461-4676 to make a credit card payment.
A block of hotel rooms have been set aside at the rate of $115 per night at the Hampton Inn located at 1 Top of the 80's Road, Hazleton, PA 18202. On Tuesday, June 11th, your breakfast at the hotel will be included with your room.
Tuesday June 11th. after breakfast, we will travel 40 minutes to Gertrude Hawk Chocolate Factory for a tour at 10:30AM. The factory is located at 901 Keystone Industrial Park Road, Dunmore, PA 18512.
